Step 1

Initial Eligibility Requirements

We call a home recipients “Collaborative residents“.

The collaborative residents have to agree to

  1. Willing to learn the design and build an affordable housing process with students
  2.  live in the house (not for renting)
  3. have home site lease within 1 hour from Bluff, Utah
  4. Applicants have approved the funding support by UNTF or NRF.

  2. Partnership (design requirement with UNRT)
  3. Schedule
  4. Budget

Step 3

Apply

After the submission of the Collaborative Resident Application, you will be officially considered as an applicant.

Step 4

In-person Meeting

DBB staff members will review your application and will set up a time for an in-person meeting, and will survey the site together.

Step 5

Participant agreement

After you submit the Collaborative Resident agreement, you will be officially the participant and DBB will set up the timeline for the design and build process to completion.

Step 6

Design and Build

DBB will be with you every step of the way.
